I have heard time and time again from clients about cholesterol. How important it is to avoid eggs or Saturated fat in order to keep your cholesterol levels low. To keep you at a lower risk for heart disease etc First of all we have to understand what cholesterol is... Cholesterol is a fat-like substance in the body.
Now I know how easy it is to not do something; I used to be the master of procrastination, the king of killing time, the Lord of laziness! But after a while the side effects are many and the physical side effects could have been life ending! I want to spend a little time talking about how we can keep ourselves going when we really don't want to/feeling overwhelmed/are too tired to get out of bed!
We all have good habits and bad habits; If we didn't we would be robots! I want to spend a little time talking about how we developed these habits; so i am going to tell you a little story.... Once upon time in the City of Edinburgh there were 3 flatmates; 2 were brothers from England and 1 was a friends from South Africa They all lived together in perfect harmony...most of the time!
Now being motivated to exercise 3,4 or 5 times a week is one thing, we all go into a new regime with the mindset of succeeding and one of the best ways to keep turning up to that training session is to tell ourselves its only an hour out of our day! That is not too hard really! Nutrition motivation, however, is a completely different kettle of fish altogether!
"After having a mid life crisis in the final months of my twenties I got in touch with Adam to sort me out before turning 30! I wanted to lose a stone and tone up! Within a month I was dress size smaller and felt great! I am still training with Adam but not routinely due to work commitments but with the knowledge Adam taught me about nutrition and fitness I've managed to roughly remain in shape!! Brilliant results, money well spent!!"
