"I have been training with Adam now for a year and have seen fantastic results. I have lost over two stone evenly proportioned and a massive overall 35 inches! I chose to go to a personal trainer as I needed motivation and a reason to go to the gym every week. I knew if I went myself I wouldn't try as hard or push myself and get as far as I have. With 180 Training and Energy Gym I feel I am a lot more confident and look forward to going every week.
The biggest change for me personally would be feeling happier in general and just having an overall better out look on life.
The hardest thing to change would be my eating habits. Working in an office, there is so much temptation to help yourself to a slice of birthday cake or a glass of wine on a Friday. You just have to think to yourself 'what good am I going to get from eating this chocolate biscuit?'
Easiest was turning up on time at the gym and learning to look forward to a hard gym session.
I am on minimum income and thought the price would be hard to meet every month or so. But I have realised, having less money to spend on alcohol and nights out helps me stay in and keep to my healthy eating and fitness routine. If you are worried about personal training or even going to a new gym, don't be. You'll soon realise no one cares who you are or what weight you are, everyone has respect for anyone going to the gym and actually doing something for themselves.

Having trained with both Adam and Joe at 1-80 Training I can’t recommend them highly enough. After several years of inactivity and weight gain I decided it was time to think about improving my fitness and started training with 1-80.
